Ibis Styles Lisboa Centro Marques De Pombal Hotel

We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The location was fantastic with easy access to transport links and great restaurants nearby. we had a great stay at the Ibis Styles and would recommend it to others.

We loved how this hotel was located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main areas of the city as it sits right between two metro stations. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and the transportation options were excellent, making it easy to get around this city. the hotel facilities were quite functional and met our needs. The breakfast was a highlight, offering diverse options and great coffee. The staff was amazing, hospitable and always available to help.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and conveniently situated in a central area. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were friendly and created a warm atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirt and items left under the bed from previous guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right by a Metro station and within walking distance of Marquês de Pombal. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I had a problem with my phone. Lastly, the rooms were small but comfortable, with good views over either the praca or the avenue behind. The hotel also provided basic amenities such as hot water and milk for my baby, which was a nice touch. The continental breakfast, including hard boiled eggs, was included and offered a variety of options.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Breakfast in the pleasant dining area is a highlight, including delicious pastries. The friendly reception staff ensure a busy but smooth check-in experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with several bus and subway stations nearby. This allows easy access to the city center within minutes. the hotel is close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good facilities such as a spacious deposit box and a big bench for suitcases. The breakfast provided is convenient and offers a good selection of options.

One negative aspect is that there is no private parking available, and the nearby public parking can be a bit creepy and empty early in the morning.
